In the scenario of renewable energy, Brazil has an important role, especially the biodiesel production chain that is growing, but its feasibility depends on the source material still adequate. An alternative source material is the crambe (Crambe abyssinica Hochst), but little is known about this culture. Thus was determined the survey of the diseases that may limit production in western Paraná. The disease survey was conducted by the sanity of two fonts of seeds and the field survey of diseased plants.
