| Notas e descrições de novos táxons em Cerambycinae Neotropicais (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae). Novos táxons descritos em Ectenessini: Ectenessidia metallica sp. nov. (Brasil: Distrito Federal); em Compsocerini: Upindauara gen. nov., espécie-tipo U. bella sp. nov., (Brasil: Rondônia) e Goatacara gen. nov., espécie-tipo G. boliviana sp. nov. (Bolívia: Santa Cruz); em Heteropsini: Amoaba gen. nov, espécie-tipo, A. plumosa sp. nov. do Equador (Pichincha) e Chrysoprasis rubricollis sp. nov. do Panamá (Panamá). Em Rhopalophorini, Cycnoderus (C.) expeditus Chevrolat, 1859 é redescrita e assinalada para o Equador (Loja), Cycnoderus (C.) intinctus (Pascoe, 1866) comb. nov. é revalidada e Gurubira apicalis (Fuchs, 1966) comb. nov., redescrita e ilustrada. |

| Redescription and transference of the genus Fregolia Gounelle, 1911 to Callidiopini (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae). The genus Fregolia is transferred from Cleomenini Lacordaire, 1869 to Callidiopini Lacordaire, 1869. The genus and its type species, Fregolia listropteroides Gounelle, 1911, the only known species to the genus, are redescribed including characters of the mouth pieces, endosternites, wing venation, and male and female terminalia. |

| The genus Callideriphus Blanchard, 1851 (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae, Heteropsini). The genus Callideriphus comprises only two species: C. grossipes Blanchard, 1851 (type species) and C. tucumanus sp. nov. (Argentina, Tucumán). The type locality of C. grossipes had been originally indicated as Chile, but it is supposedly considered erroneous. Its distribution, actually, extends from Southeastern Brazil up to Argentina, along the Atlantic Forest. This species is extremely variable in regard to its coloration and elytral punctation. | Unxiini trib. nov. é proposta para incluir os seguintes gêneros até o momento incluídos em Compsocerini Thomson, 1864: Chariergus White, 1855, Chenoderus Fairmaire & Germain, 1859, Unxia Thomson, 1860, Ethemon Thomson, 1864, Paromoeocerus Gounelle, 1910, Rierguscha Viana, 1970, Parunxia Napp, 1977 e Allopeba Napp & Reynaud, 1999, nos quais as fêmeas apresentam uma escova de pêlos no sétimo tergito abdominal usada como estratégia de oviposição. A escova de pêlos pigidial é única entre os Cerambycidae. Chaves para gêneros e espécies são fornecidas e todas as espécies são ilustradas. |

| Unabiara, a new genus of Heteropsini Lacordaire, 1869 (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae). Unabiara gen. nov. is proposed to include Callideriphus collaris Philippi & Philippi, 1864 (type species); provisionally it is maintained in Heteropsini Lacordaire, 1869. Unabiara collaris (Philippi & Philippi, 1864) new combination, is redescribed and illustrated, including the mouth pieces, endosternites, wing venation and male and female terminalia. |

| Eryphus Perty, 1832 and Tacyba, a new genus of Heteropsini (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae). Some species, up to now, included in Callideriphus Blanchard, 1851 are rearranged in: a) those congeneric with Callideriphus grossipes Blanchard, 1851 and b) not congeneric. The first set of species will be treated in a future paper; the second one, on the other hand, is subdivided into Eryphus Perty, 1832 and Tacyba gen. nov. Eryphus Perty, 1832 (type species: Eryphus bipunctatus Perty, 1832), a valid genus, is redescribed and a key for the species is also provided. | New names proposed: Beaveriella nom. nov. for Beaveria Lane, 1970, pre-occupied by Beaveria Lee, 1965 (Trematoda, Troglotrematidae); Monnechroma nom. nov. for Xenochroma Schmidt, 1924, pre-occupied by Xenochroma Warren, 1902 (Lepidoptera, Geometridae). | Rhopalophorini is primarily a New World group. Of the 23 known genera, 19 were described from the Neotropical region. A cladistic analysis of the American genera was carried out with 91 morphological characters. The genera Ozodes Audinet-Serville and Lissozodes Bates, recently transferred to Necydalopsini, were included in the analysis in order to investigate their relationships with the Rhopalophorini. The results suggested that their shared similarities with the Rhopalophorini are symplesiomorphies at the level considered in the analysis, so they are maintained in Necydalopsini, and Neozodes Zajciw, indicated as the sister group of Ozodes, is herein transferred to this tribe. | In order to investigate the affinities of the hitherto considered Neotropical Cleomenini genera, a detailed morphological comparative study was carried out based on representatives of their type species and other congeneric species. The results, when compared with representatives of Cleomenes Thomson and other non Neotropical Cleomenini genera together with representatives of Rhopalophorini Blanchard and Rhinotragini Thomson, show that: 1) Listroptera Audinet-Serville, 1834, Dihammaphora Chevrolat, 1859, Haenkea Tippmann, 1953, Aguassay Napp & Mermudes, 2001 and Timabiara Napp & Mermudes, 2001 form a very homogeneous group, not related to other Cleomenini, but sharing several synapomorphies with the Rhopalophorini; therefore they are herein... |
