| In the field of sustainable development the strategy of sufficiency is often less used in business companies in comparison to the strategies of consistency or efficiency. This is based on the difficult implementation of sufficiency measures in practice. This scientific paper develops an approach how to implement sufficiency in business companies of the organic sector. Wolfgang Sachs’ 4-E-Model has been used, supplemented by the practice of creative methods. Approaches are found in the area of work-life-balance, infrastructure, types of payment and integration of the employees. Also a new impulse for communication and production was developed. These approaches should lead to company-specific methods that can be implemented on the individual business level.... |
