Market signals for organic farming AgEcon
de Bont, C.J.A.M.; Bolhuis, J.; Boone, J.A.; van Everdingen, W.H.; Jager, J.H.; Oltmer, Katrin.
The organic material price project studies the methods and tools to improve the provision of information on 'Economic opportunities for organic farming in the EU Member Countries'. The report presents proposals on this as well as the results of analyses on (1) the relationship between the prices of organic products and prices of conventional products; (2) economic results of organic compared to similar sized conventional farms.
