The objective of this work was to evaluate the environmental effects of the use of pig slurry to irrigate the corn crop grown in a typical Red Distroferric Latosol and in leachate composition. Twenty four lysimeters, filled with soil, in a protected environment, received five doses of pig slurry (0; 112.5; 225; 337.5 and 450 m³ ha-1 per growing cycle) combined with two mineral fertilization doses (50 and 75% of the recommended dose - 80 kg ha-1of nitrogen). Corn height and yield were evaluated, as well as nutrients in the soil and in leachate. From the results obtained in the first year of experiment, it was concluded that the concentrations of nitrate increased by increase of pig slurry application, and thus, it would be necessary to develop further... The modeling and estimation of the parameters that define the spatial dependence structure of a regionalized variable by geostatistical methods are fundamental, since these parameters, underlying the kriging of unsampled points, allow the construction of thematic maps. One or more atypical observations in the sample data can affect the estimation of these parameters. Thus, the assessment of the combined influence of these observations by the analysis of Local Influence is essential. Este trabalho, à luz da Nova Economia Institucional (NEI), avaliou nove contratos, destacando alguns usados no agronegócio brasileiro. Para isso, usaram-se os atributos da transação nos três principais vetores que os caracterizam, os quais possibilitam arquitetar formas contratuais que tenham o menor custo de transação. O fato de os contratos serem uma modalidade de estrutura de governança, quando considerados de forma ampla, representam os mais variados acordos entre os agentes econômicos. Neste sentido, a análise a ser desenvolvida utilizará um método estatístico multivariado que avaliará nove contratos, em sua maioria em consonância com o agronegócio: cinco contratos de venda, três contratos de franquia, um contrato de parceria agrícola.
