Classification of rice genetic diversity aims to study the genetic relationship and reduce the duplication of collected rice varieties in the National Rice Seed Storage Laboratory for Genetic Resources. Cluster analysis of the morphological and agronomic traits of 211 rice varieties was calculated by Simple Matching and Square Euclidean as well as clustered by UPGMA and Ward method, respectively. Cluster based on morphology having 6 main groups indicated that the highest number of members within the group was Group 1 consisting of 137 rice varieties, followed by Group 2, 3, 15, 6 and 9 consisting of 16, 12, 6, 5 and 3 rice varieties, respectively. Cluster by agronomic traits having 9 main groups showed that the highest number of members was Group3... |
