The Florida oranges local agro-food system – Geographical Indication or Commodity? AgEcon
Perret, Anna O.; Thevenod-Mottet, Erik.

And is there any specific local asset remaining, such as a special quality and reputation which would justify a recognition as a geographical indication? Our findings demonstrate that there is a dilemma, for the State authorities as well as for some actors of the system, between an origin product approach and a sectorial commodity one.
