Undeveloped economies are dealing with very big issues such as low or null economic growth, higher rates of unemployment, high index of migration and millions of people living in extreme poverty. Therefore, the present investigation aims to analyze unemployment, migration and poverty in Mexico; since unemployment in Mexico has a rate of 5.5% according to INEGI, followed by migration and extreme poverty. The profitability of production of pejelagarto (Atractosteus tropicus) was evaluated in two types of cultivation, in captivity conditions and in captivity conditions in association with the Mojarra Castarrica and Tilapia at the Aquaculture Production Cooperative Society "El Pejelagarto", located in Sabancuy, municipality of Carmen, Campeche, Mexico. The present study analyzes the productive structure and the yield of the companies extractors of derivatives of the mexican lime (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle) in Mexico, by means of the generation of quantitative indicators. The margins of commercialization of different products elaborated by the industry calculated; also they were studied the enterprises profitability. The study is referred to the analysis of 12 industries by-product processors derived from mexican lime, three located in the State of Colima, five in Michoacán, three in Oaxaca and one in the State of Guerrero. Project evaluation allows to resources optimisation, improving business's productivity and viable investments. The aim of this research was to provide technical and economic elements, to support decisions about the feasibility or not to run an agribusiness oriented to fertilizer's formulas production, used for potato and maize crops during establishment and maintenance in Toluca Valley, Estate of Mexico.
