Brown planthopper resistant promising line, BKN04004-1-1-1-1 is non-photoperiod sensitive line derived from conventional breeding. BKN04004-1-1-1-1 was made by between female line "IR77924-12-38-1-1" and male line "IR72158-68" in 2004. F2 to F5 were grown and selected during 2005-2006 at Bang Khen Rice Experiment Station. Ongoing observation and yield trials were done at Chachoengsao Rice Research center during 2007-2013. The line was tested for brown planthopper (BPH) resistance at Pathumthani Rice Research Center and found the reaction level of MR. BKN04004-1-1-1-1 gave average yield of 712.8 kg/rai greater than those of RD23 and Suphanburi 60 that gave 588 and 617.4 kg/rai, equal to 17.51% and 11.98% higher respectively. KLG02008-19-2-4-3, an promising non-glutinous, non-photoperiod sensitive rice line had been derived from a cross of KLG96001-3-1-2 and SPR90. The improved rice had been developed through the conventional breeding and selection method. The single cross hybridization had been made in 2002 at Klongluang Rice Research Center. An promising line has an erect and moderately strong clum with about 120 centimeters for transplanting and about 112 centimeters for seed broadcasting, 118 days maturity for transplanting and 114 days for seed broadcasting. ข้าวขึ้นน้ำพันธุ์ใหม่ "ขาวบ้านนา 432" Thai Agricultural

Khao Bahn Nah 432 (KBN 432) is a photoperiod sensitive floating rice variety. The harvesting period is about 10-14 December. The average yield is 2.8 tons/ha, whereas Plai Ngahm Prachinburi (PNG) is 2.0 tons/ha. The percentage of the yield is over PNG about 35%. The variety has good elongation ability. The result had shown good performance at water level 110 cms depth. It was better than RD19 (deepwater rice) but less than Pin Gaew 56 (Floating rice). The average of plant height is 218 cms (depend on water level). The reactions of bacterial leaf blight and brown planthopper of KBN432 is susceptible. CCS06039-KLG-8-3-5-1 is a non-glutinous, non-photoperiod sensitive and aromatic rice line derived from a cross between PSBRc54 and IR22. The single cross hybridization was made in 2006 at Bang Khen Rice Experiment Station (now Chachoengsao Rice Research. F2 to F5 progenies were selected at Klong Luang Rice Reseach Center during 2007-2008. The line CCS06039-KLG-8-3-5-1 has an erect and moderately strong culm; 110 cm height on transplanting and 105 cm height on germinated seed broadcasting; 117 days maturity on transplanting and 106 days maturity on germinated seed broadcasting.
