In light of the diminishing wetlands, collective management of these natural areas is becoming a major issue in many countries, particularly in Europe. As a multi-use space, wetlands are coastal areas that are, in practice, subject to conflicts of use among various categories of stakeholders who all consider this natural heritage in terms of their own, and sometimes contradictory, purposes.
