| Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) is a crop of great economic and social importance in Brazil, being necessary to advocate the use of high quality seeds to ensure the adequate provision of plants in the field, avoiding the replanting and guaranteeing an income satisfactory. In this context, the study aimed to evaluate and compare the strength and viability of commercial seed of soybean seeds produced in the off-season home in two cities of the western region of Paraná.
