| Empfehlungen Die Sorten Passion und Soraya waren im 2017 das zweite und somit das letzte Jahr in den Testversuchen. Trotz der guten Blattgesundheit, der hohen Krautfäule-Resistenz und dem enormen Ertragspotential der Sorte Passion, kann eine Aufnahme auf die Bio-Sortenliste nicht empfohlen werden. Einerseits führt die helle Schale und Fleischfarbe dazu, dass Mängel herausstechen (Schorf, Pocken, Drycore) und andererseits ist auch der Geschmack nicht überzeugend. Zudem sind die Knollen sehr grossfallend, wodurch ein grosser Anteil der Produktion aussortiert werden muss. Soraya hat in beiden Jahren stabile Erträge und keine gravierenden Mängel gezeigt. Auch im Geschmack und in der Fleischfarbe ist die Sorte gut. Bezüglich Krautfäule-Toleranz ist Soraya... |

| In this deliverable of the Project OK-Net Arable project, the findings from peer-review research on the productivity of organic arable crops are reported. Then the conclusions and recommendations for five most important levers which can be used by the farmers are presented. Finally, the most important recommendations of the EIP-AGRI Focus Group on Organic Farming - Optimizing Arable Yields are summarized in order to put innovation on organic farms in its social context. |
