| Our objective was to determine the best concentration of sperm fertilizing hybrid tambacu (macropomum Colossoma X Piaractus mesopotamicus), a female with advanced maturation, bulging abdomen and reddish genital papilla and a male pacu with the release of semen through light massage being selected abdominal in cranial-caudal direction.
