In Europe. the interest in sea bass (<i>Dicentrarchus labrax</i>) as a culture fish is fast increasing. This results in a rapid expansion of sea bass culture and of that of other marine fish species. such as seabream (<i>Sparus aurata</i>) and turbot (<i>Scophtalmus maximus</i>).
