| Cats are assuming an important role in the human-animalrelationship and in this condition, highlights the care with thezoonoses such as Toxoplasmosis, which has felines as the onlydefinitive hosts in its life cycle. Accordingly, we have evaluated theoccurrence of anti-T. gondii in 50 stray cats of Municipal Grove inMarilia / SP, divided into three age groups: A) six months to twoyears, B) upper two and lower five years old and C) five years old ormore, using the serological examination by immunofluorescencewith indirect cutoff of 16.
