The main objectives of work are to experiments and measurements for the optical, electrical, physical and chemical properties of strawberry fruits. Strawberry were classified into three grades according to The varieties of strawberry (Festival ,Fortona and Red Marline Strawberry). The strawberry fruits were exposure by visible laser to determine optical and electrical signal reflections of strawberry. The samples were classified into six kinds of defects of strawberry according to codex specification of strawberry.
