| Shared knowledge on fleets, gears-species and areas of operation, is essential to engage in a platform of exchange on low-impact offshore fishing techniques between fishers and stakeholders from different outermost regions. Information on small scale fisheries in Europe and especially in OR is often heterogeneous and dispersed.
