Rice production potential zoning of Petchaburi province had been conducted from 2010 to 2012. Research methodology composted of general rice production information collection, soil sampling and crop cutting from farmer field, and field experiment. The research found that there were 4 major rice varieties growing in the area Chainat1, Phitsanulok2, Suphanburi60 and Suphanburi1. The field experiments for comparing of fertilizer application were conducted 2 seasons at 12 locations. The results showed that L1 area, recommended fertilizer application (F1) gave the average yield of 1,067 kg/rai, while fertilizer application base on soil analysis (F2) gave the average yield of 1,222 kg/rai. Rice production potential zoning in Samutsakhon, Samutprakhran and Samutsongkhram provinces was conducted in wet season 2010. Research methodology consisted of general rice production information collection, soil sampling and crop cutting from farmer field, field experiment, mapping of rice zoning. The study showed that the two crops of recommended rice varieties with transplanting were common practice in this area. Insect pest and diseases were controlled by chemical application. The compound fertilizer of 16-20-0 N-P2O5-K2O and 16-8-4 N-P2O5-K2O were applied depending on extractable potassium in the area. สถานภาพการผลิตน้อยหน่าและน้อยหน่าลูกผสมในอำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา Thai Agricultural

Primary data were collected by interviewing 80 farmers in Pakchong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province (during January to September 2006) in order to describe the status of sugar apple and Annona hybrid production. It was found that most of the farmers were male 41-50 years old, married and had primary education. Their major occupation was orchard growing with 11-15 years of experience. Only one or two family members could work in the orchard. The labors were family member and employee. The average of growing area was 23 rai. The land characteristics was plateau and plain with sandy loam soil and tropical climate weather. The fruit trees were grown by seedling and grafting respectively.
