| We set pilot village and expand village by selected the village had outbreak of brown planthopper, have complete irrigation and can grow the rice 2 times per year (wet and dry season). The pilot village is Moo 5 (Ban Huayang), Thachai sub-district, Meuang district, Chai Nat province. The expand village are Moo 1 (Ban Wat-ngiew), Moo 3 (Ban Thachai), Moo 4 (Ban Thamai) and Moo 11 (Ban Watsaphan) Thachai sub-district, Meuang district, Chai Nat province. The 5 villages have same problem of cultivation, farmer practice, cropping pattern and in same sub-district.
