Experiments were conducted to find out the way to improve soybean yield and protein content via nitrate tolerant rhizobium inoculant compared to intolerant inoculant in liquid media (Both inoculants are mixed strains.) accompanied with chemical and organic fertilizers. A randomized complete block design with three replications of 10 treatments was applied. การผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์พืชตระกูลถั่ว พืชบำรุงดิน และพืชอาหารสัตว์ในสวนยางพาราสร้างใหม่: รายงานการวิจัย Thai Agricultural

The objective of this experiment was to investigate the advantages of seed production of three legume crops, stalkless yard long bean, cowpea and soybean; as intercropping in new rubber plantation. Each legume crop was planted 2 rai. Soil analysis was conducted before and after planting the intercropping legumes. Growths of rubber plants with and without intercropping were monitored monthly until harvesting legume. The result found that the legumes as intercropping in new rubber plantation improved organic matters and nitrogen level in soil, whereas rubber plant decreased soil acidity. Objective of this study was to determine the genetic coefficient of soybean cv CM 60. CM 60 has broad adaptation and can be grown in both dry season and rainy season. It is still popular among soybean growers. The experiment was conducted during 2551-2552 at Chiang Mai Field Crops Research Center, Sukothai ARDC and Loie ARDC. Growth and development of the crop were studied. Data were recorded for growth characters and development characters vegetative phases and reproductive phases. การทดสอบเสถียรภาพของสารหอม 2-Acetyl-1-pyrroline ในเมล็ดถั่วเหลืองฝักสด Thai Agricultural

In this study, quantification and stability analysis of 2-Acetyl-1-pyrroline (2AP) in different growth stages of two fragrant soybean cultivars, Chamame and Kaori, and one non-fragrant soybean cultivar, Chiang Mai 60 (CM60), grown for seven environments at Maejo University were reported. The results revealed that 2AP concentration was the highest in full seeds at R6 stages, followed by in leaves at V5 and in full pods at R6 being 6.21, 3.08 and 2.58, respectively. GC96026-10 is one of 31 soybean lines with little beany flavor, introduced from AVRDC, Taiwan in 2003. Preparation of the instant cereal beverage powders based on corn and soybean from extrusion process has been studied. To examine the effect of particle size of corn grit (13, 23 and 33 mesh) and the composition between corn grit and isolated soy protein (84:10, 74:20 and 64:30) on the properties of product and evaluate nutritional value of acceptable product.
