Última การสำรวจและประเมินคุณภาพของเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน Thai Agricultural Ruttapong Meekun. Survey and evaluation on rice seed quality in Mae Hong Son Province were conducted during 2009-2010. The survey aimed to investigate farmer’s practices on rice seed production and uses, seed demand and problems as well as to monitor farmers after using good seed. Three groups of people were interviewed consisted of seed producers and sellers, farmers who used their own seed and farmers who used good seed. The result showed that most of the seed samples were unqualified as compared to the Rice Department seed standard. The major problems found were seed impurity and mixed of foreign materials. There was only one group of farmers producing and selling rice seed in Mae Hong Son and they were faced with problems on revolving fund and group management. The...
