Objectives of this experiments were to determine the effect of guar meal (GM 35 CP%) supplementation as a protein source to replace with soybean meal (SBM) in duck diets on performance and carcass quality. One hundred and sixty, 1 day old Barbary ducks were randomly allotted to 5 treatments with 4 replications (8 birds per replication) according to a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The experiment was divided into 3 periods as follows: nursery period (1-28 days of age), growing period (29-56 days of age) and finishing period (56-84 days of age), respectively.
