| 本論文の目的は，中国上海市の消費者を対象に，日本産牛乳の需要意向を明らかにすることで ある．経済発展著しいアジア圏に向け，日本の農産物輸出が促進される中，北海道産を中心とす る日本産牛乳の輸出拡大が期待されている．そこで，本稿では現地の消費者にどの程度受け入れ られるのか，コンジョイント分析をもちいて明らかにした．結果，食の安全・安心に対する意識 の高い子育て世代は，購買意欲をもち，また，産地の認知度の上昇とともに限界支払い意志額も 高まったことから，積極的に日本産農産物をPR することが，輸出戦略上重要である．その際， 日本の食に対する安全・安心のイメージを背景に，農産物輸出国としても認知度を高める努力が 求められる．Recent economic development in Asian countries encourages the Japanese agricultural export. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the demand for Japanese milk in Shang-hai, China through conjoint analysis, one of the stated preference methods.
