ABSTRACT Hardier crops are needed in the arid regions of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, and annatto (Bixa orellana L.) is a good candidate. Producers, however, do not know if their areas are suitable for its cultivation and so are not investing in its implementation. Agroclimatic zoning would provide guidance to the producers. Identifying potential areas for the production of this crop would thus contribute to the agroclimatic zoning of B. orellana in Minas Gerais. ABSTRACT The estimation of the reference evapotranspiration is an important factor for hydrological studies, design and management of irrigation systems, among others. The Penman Monteith equation presents high precision and accuracy in the estimation of this variable. However, its use becomes limited due to the large number of required meteorological data. ABSTRACT This study used spectral data integrated with the agrometeorological model by Doorenbos and Kassam to estimate soybean grain productivity in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil. In the developed model, spectral data were used instead of meteorological data and biophysical parameters of the crop. A temperatura média em junho em Dourados foi de 18,2 °C (Tabela 1), quase um grau inferior à média histórica deste mês, que é de 19,1 °C. Em oito dias do mês as temperaturas foram inferiores a 10 °C, com mínima de 3,4 °C, em 12 de junho, a mais baixa registrada no primeiro semestre de 2022. Atemperatura máxima do mês foi 30,9 °C, em 21 de junho, o único dia do mês com temperatura superior a 30 ºC. |

Fevereiro teve temperaturas recordes. Em 2022, foi registrado o mês de fevereiro mais quente dos últimos 22 anos. A temperatura média em Dourados foi de 27,5 °C (Tabela 1), mais de 2 graus Celsius acima da média histórica desse mês, que é de 25,2 °C. Em 26 dias do mês as temperaturas superaram os 30 °C. No dia 15, a máxima atingiu 38,1 °C, a temperatura mais alta registrada em fevereiro nos últimos 18 anos. Atemperatura mínima foi de 13,9 °C, no dia 8. Em Rio Brilhante, as temperaturas também foram elevadas. A temperatura média foi de 27,3 °C, 1 grau Celsius superior à média de 9 anos da estação meteorológica da Embrapa Agropecuária Oeste, que é de 26,3 °C.
