Dipteryx lacunifera seedlings mycorrhizal levels in goat manure PFB - Pesquisa Florestal Brasileira
Oliveira, José Jeremias Fernandes; Alixandre, Tamnata Ferreira; Miranda, João Marcos Sousa.
The hypothesis tested was the improved growth of castanha-do-gurguéia (Dipteryx lacunifera Ducke) seedlings inoculated with Claroideoglomus etunicatum growing in a substrate formed with goat manure. Ninety days after sowing, we evaluated: plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, number of leaflets, root length, root diameter, root volume, secondary root numbers, root dry mass, shoot dry mass. The indices of quality seedlings were evaluated the relationship between shoot height and stem diameter, the relationship between shoot dry mass and root dry mass, and the Dickson quality index. Inoculation of the substrate with the isolated Claroideoglomus etunicatum promotes growth and increase in biomass for castanha-do-gurguéia seedlings. The level of 10% of...

Biometric parameters of mycorrhizal in seedlings of Mimosa caesalpiniifolia under phosphorus levels in Latossolo Amarelo PFB - Pesquisa Florestal Brasileira
Oliveira, José Jeremias Fernandes; Alixandre, Tamnata Ferreira.
This work aimed to study the influence of inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) Claroideoglomus etunicatum and levels of phosphorus in subsurface substrate of a Latossolo Amarelo biometric parameters in seedlings of Mimosa caesalpiniifolia Benth. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse, in Bom Jesus in Piauí State, Brazil, October, 2011 to December, 2011. The experimental design was completely randomized in 4x3 factorial scheme, with the factors: phosphorus levels (0, 60, 120 and 240 mg dm-3) and mycorrhizal treatments (no AMF, C. etunicatum and natives AMF). At 65 days after sowing, it was evaluated the biometric parameters plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, dry weight of roots and shoots, root length, root diameter, root...

Interference by Palisade Grass on Coffee Seedlings Inoculated with Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Planta Daninha
ALECRIM,A.O.; FRANÇA,A.C.; SANTOS,E.A.; MOREIRA,S.D.; LEAL,F.D.S.; TIBÃES,E.S.R..
ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the effects of the interference by Urochloa brizantha on coffee seedlings inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. A randomized block design and a 4 x 2 layout was used, where factor A was constituted by seedlings inoculated with Rhizophagus clarus, Claroideoglomus etunicatum and Dentiscutata heterogama, as well as some that were not inoculated, and factor B, constituted by plants in competition or alone. The sowing was conducted on washed sand to produce the coffee seedlings, which, during the matchstick stage, were transplanted into polyethylene bags, and inoculated when showing six pairs of leafs. Then, they were transplanted into pots where they were subjected to interference from two plants of U....

Produção de inoculante micorrízico on farm utilizando resíduos da indústria florestal Rev. Bras. Ciênc. Solo

Effect of Inoculation of Pineapple Plantlets with Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Obtained from Different Inoculum Sources Multiplied by the On-Farm Method Rev. Bras. Ciênc. Solo
Moreira,Bruno Coutinho; Prates Junior,Paulo; Jordão,Thuany Cerqueira; Silva,Marliane de Cássia Soares da; Ribeiro,Ana Paula Ferreira; Stürmer,Sidney Luiz; Salomão,Luiz Carlos Chamhum; Otoni,Wagner Campos; Kasuya,Maria Catarina Megumi.
ABSTRACT The production of inoculum from arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) at a large scale and low cost is essential for establishing methods to assist in producing pineapple plantlets with high nutritional and phytosanitary quality. However, this objective is difficult to accomplish because of the biotrophic nature of these fungi. The on-farm multiplication method for AMF inoculum presents a good alternative to supply the demand for the production of glomerospores. This study aimed to multiply and evaluate AMF inoculum originating from isolated species (including Rhizophagus clarus, Claroideoglomus etunicatum) versus native AMF from pineapple and coffee plantations multiplied by the on-farm method on the colonization in pineapple plantlets. Initially,...
