| High variation occurs due to climate changes includes low rainfall and uncertain distribution pattern. This affects rice production system. Farmers currently adjust their production system in order to minimize risks of crop losses. This study aims to develop the most suitable cultural practices and chemical fertilizer application for delayed transplanting crop. The adjusted production system to deal with the climate change includes a choice of varieties, cultural practices, water management, and nutrient management.
