Five new European species of the subgenus Allodorus Foerster s.l. belonging to the Eubazus aliochinoigroup (Braconidae: Helconinae: Brachistini) are described and illustrated: E. shishiniovae spec. nov. from Bulgaria, E. zelinensis spec. nov. from Bulgaria, E. tricoloripes spec. nov. from The Netherlands and England, E. glabriclypealis spec. nov. from Switzerland, France and Bulgaria, and E. convexope spec. nov. from Scotland. A key to the European species of the Eubazus aliochinoi-group is added. Eubazus rufithorax (Tobias, 1986) (not Eubazus rufithorax Abdinbekova, 1969) is renamed as E. (Aliolus) regularis nom. nov. Eubazus denticlypealis (Tobias, 1986) is a new combination, and E. corrugatus (Ruthe, 1867) is a new synonym of E. rugosus (Ratzeburg, 1848). |

The European species of the subgenus Aliolus Say, 1836, of the genus Eubazus Nees, 1814, and of the genus Dicyrtaspis van Achterberg, 1980 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Brachistinae) are reviewed. The identity of Triaspis thomsoni Fahringer, 1934, and the interpretation by S˘ noflák (1953) are discussed. A lectotype is designated for T. thomsoni, a neotype for the types species of Aliolus Say, 1836 (Bracon trilobatus Say, 1836) and T. thomsoni sensu Šnoflák is described as a new species (Eubazus nigroventralis spec. nov.) from Bulgaria, Germany and Czech Republic. (= Eubazus semirugosus (Nees)-group s.s.; Braconidae: Helconinae) are described and illustrated: E. abieticola spec. nov. from France, Austria, Switzerland and Germany, E. elongatus spec. nov., E. ochyrus spec. nov., and E. heothinus spec. nov. from Canada. E. abieticola spec. nov. has been reared from Pissodes piceae (Illiger) (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) in the cambium layer of Abies alba Linnaeus, and E. heothinus spec. nov. from P. striatulus (Fabricius) in the trunk of Abies balsemea (Linnaeus).
