2013. november 25-26-án Augsburgban rendezte meg a 2. Nemzetközi Szója Kongresszust a Duna Szója Egyesület (Verein Donau Soja. A téma iránti fokozott érdeklődést mutatta, hogy a konferenciára mintegy 300 résztvevő érkezett európai és tengerentúli országokból egyaránt. A Helmut Brunner bajor szakminiszter által megnyitott plenáris ülést követően párhuzamosan zajló fórumokon a szójatermesztést és feldolgozást érintő legfontosabb kérdésekről hallhattak előadásokat és folytathattak diskurzust a résztvevők. A fórumok témái a következők voltak: az európai szójatermesztés, az európai fehérjeellátás, a GMO mentesség tanúsítása és a biológiai alapok fejlesztése. |

This paper examines how organic food can be introduced in Norwegian schools. The qualitative study took place in four lower secondary schools in different regions of Norway. The pupils’ perceptions about organic food are looked at in the context of previous consumer studies on the topic of organic food. Environmental education and nutrition education theories are used in examining and discussing education about organic food and farming. The study found that, like with environmental education and nutrition education, integration and consistency are important elements in education about organic food. |

The technological and organizational solutions the agricultural sector has undertaken in the past are not always compatible with the constraints and opportunities that the rural economy and society will face in the future. Farmer Family Learning Groups are groups of farmer families, who together define their needs and goals in relation to their own future development, both as individuals, families and as a group - and then they help each other to reach the goals.
