| Efficacy test of pericarps of soapberry (Sapindus emarginatus Wall) to control golden apple snail (Pomacea canaliculata Lamarck) was conducted in 2 x 5 meter rice field plots at Prachin Buri Rice Research Center in 2013. RCB design was used in this experiment. Five plots were treated with suspension of pericarps of soapberry at rates 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 kg/rai and compared with other two plots which one treated with suspension of tea seed cake (3 kg/rai; control 1) and another was untreated (control 2). In each plot contained 30 different sizes of snails. The results showed that in 48 hours after treated with soapberry and tea seed cake, the percentage mortality of golden apple snails were more than 50 and significantly different to untreated plot.
