According to the environmental conservation and health care, the production of organic agricultural products is required and the requirement will be increased continuously. The cultivation of white rice with high amylose content in its starch is also widely done in the irrigated rice field in the Central Plain. Therefore, environmental management in high amylose rice production for organic standards is necessary to seek.
