| Para caracterizar la miel existen diferentes métodos destructivos y no destructivos, donde se puede obtener información útil sobre las sustancias que la componen. Los métodos destructivos que se utilizaron en esta investigación fueron el análisis fisicoquímico y el análisis melisopalinológico. El objetivo de este trabajo fue caracterizar mieles tabasqueñas procedentes de diferentes regiones geográficas y diferente vegetación, mediante las técnicas antes mencionadas. | La oxidación de los ácidos grasos afecta la calidad de la carne, pero los antioxidantes reducen la oxidación, por lo que el tipo de antioxidante, la concentración y el método de aplicación pueden influir en la estabilidad oxidativa de la carne. Se realizaron tres experimentos, dos para evaluar la estabilidad oxidativa de carne cocida de pollo y uno para determinar los antioxidantes en la carne. En el experimento uno, se alimentaron pollos de engorda durante 42 días, con una dieta adicionada con Vitamina E (10 y 100 mg) y aceite de orégano (100 mg) kg-1 de alimento, incluyendo aceite de soya crudo (ASC) o aceite de soya acidulado (ASA). | Abstract Fruits and derivatives, such as juices, are complex mixtures of chemicals, some of which may have mutagenic and/or carcinogenic potential, while others may have antimutagenic and/or anticancer activities. The modulating effects of honey-sweetened cashew apple nectar (HSCAN), on somatic mutation and recombination induced by ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) and mitomycin C (MMC) were evaluated with the wing spot test in Drosophila melanogaster using co- and post-treatment protocols. | An experiment was conducted to evaluate the potential of honey, propolis, and bee pollen for the reversal of lipid peroxidation induced by tebuconazole (TEB) in South American catfish (Rhamdia quelen), in which the concentration of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), the activity of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione-S-transferase (GST) and the concentrations of non-enzymatic antioxidants, reduced glutathione (GSH), ascorbic acid, and non-protein thiols were assessed. | The study researched the costs and returns on typical small beekeeping farms from five districts in Serbia. On the basis of the field research, data on the number of beehives, type of product, volume of production per beehive and values per measurement unit were collected. In order to demonstrate the competitiveness of various agricultural products, analysis of the available data was performed using analytical calculations. | This research describes and analyzes the commercial actions being conducted in six groups of producers bee located on the periphery of the state capital of Puebla, Mexico. We study the guidelines that have developed around the marketing as a discipline dedicated to analysis and implications of commercial actions, taking as a hub consumer preferences.
