| Fifteen species of freshwater crabs belonging to the genus Sinopotamon are recorded from Jiangxi Province, S.E. China. Eight species are new to science and these are described: S. xiushuiense, S. jiujiangense, S. wanzaiense, S. anyuanense, S. siguqiaoense, S. linhuanense, S. yushanense and S ninggangense. The distribution of all species is discussed. |

| In order to study the entrepreneurship situation of Jiangxi return migrant workers after the financial crisis, we have conducted a survey on 107 entrepreneurial return migrant workers in 6 counties of Jiangxi Province. The results show that the return of migrant workers is mainly attributed to personal factors, while social factors are also very important. The major difficulties facing return migrant workers is the funding difficulties, complicated formalities to start a business, difficulty in safeguarding their rights and interests, their own low quality and so on. | Taking Jiangxi Province as an example, on the basis of the sampling survey on 42 counties and cities, 64 towns and 74 villages in Jiangxi Province, the will of farmland transfer among different farmer groups with different income levels, different ages, and different educational background, is analyzed. The research indicates that as for middle-income or high-income groups, leaving home to seek jobs elsewhere is the most principal factor impacting farmland transfer, while as for low-income group, the price of agricultural products is an important factor impacting farmers’ land cultivation; permanent urban residence certificate is no longer the principal factor causing farmers’ land transfer, and it tends to be rational for farmers to abandon farmland. |
