| In the period of 2004-2006 of the OPARD, Hungary had an amount of HUF 107.8 billion, which was divided through three priorities, and inside these priorities there were ten actions. Through the use of the comparative advantages, the OPARD considers that the improvement of the agricultural production effectiveness, as well as the competitiveness and income security are important. In the areas which are less suitable for competitive economic improvement, it provides sustainable, multifunction agriculture, and the foundation of the conditions of the associated activities.
