Bacillariales et Dinophycees de la partie sud-occidentale du bassin oriental de la Mediterranee. ArchiMer
Borgne-david, A. Le.
20 samples of phytoplankton were collected by the 'Thalassa' on the Libyan and east Tunisian coast, from Nov 13th to 29th 1969. The vegetal plankton is rather poor on the whole, except in the Gulf of Gabes. Diatoms are dominant and Rhizosolenia plays a leading part. Among the Dinophyceae, the great variety of Ceratium underlines the subtropical affinities of the study area.

On the only Greek Sphincterochila species, two Libyan close relatives, Cerigottella subgen. nov., and an extended diagnosis of the Sphincterochilidae (Mollusca, Gastropoda Pulmonata) Naturalis
Gittenberger, E..
From Greece, based on conchological characters, a single, endemic Sphincterochila species has been reported about a century ago. Its occurrence is still thought to be restricted to the islet of Andikithira. The structure of the genitalia, hitherto unknown, demonstrates that it concerns a separate species indeed; its closest relatives known are two Libyan species. These three species differ from the Sphincterochila species studied so far most clearly by the stimulatory organ, inserting not on the genital atrium but far more distally on the vagina. They are classified within Cerigottella subgen. nov.

Maitah, Mansoor; der Ali, A..
The subject of the relationship between state budget and trade balance is important as economic subject, not only at the level of developing countries, but also at of advanced ones, too. Such importance emerged clearly when 1980s witnessed in United States of America a deficit in both state budget and trade balance, which was called at that time as the twin or dual deficit. We can say that the analysis of relationship between state budget and trade balance states the extent of mutual effect between financial and trade policies of any economy, namely; any change in the outcome of either one may affect the other in the same degree. To put in other words, the instruments of financial policy represented by total incomes and total expenditures can affect the...
