| This is the 23th annual surveillance report concerning the Gravelines nuclear power plant. Gravelines, located between Calais and Dunkerque and very high power station (5400 MW) with sixth plants. liegining of electricity production in 1980 reached maximum production in 1986. Surveillance studies concern fisheries, intertidal and subtidal zoobenthos hydrology, microbiology, phytoplankton and zoplankton. Studies concern seasonal variations in natural environment and impact study at outfall of plant. |

| This is the 33th annual surveillance report concerning the nuclear power plant of Gravelines. Its very high power level results from six plant units located on the shore and is characterised by a cooling system with a coastal surface input and output. The production of electricity began in 1980 and reached maximum in 1986. | L’objet principal de cette étude est d’évaluer et suivre les niveaux de contamination des oursins dans un secteur identifié comme exposé aux sources de contamination microbiologique, afin de vérifier l’hypothèse selon laquelle les oursins, organismes brouteurs et non filtreurs, sont peu ou pas sensibles à la contamination microbiologique par rapport à des coquillages du groupe III.Les résultats des analyses montrent que pour cette zone classée A par arrêté préfectoral, les oursins, sont susceptibles d’être fortement contaminés lors de pollutions bactériologiques.La contamination peut être plus importante que dans les moules, organismes filtreurs. |

| L’estuaire de la Seudre est situé dans le bassin de Marennes-Oléron, au cœur de l’écosystème des Pertuis Charentais. L’estuaire alimente la majorité des surfaces de claire de la région, qui elle même, assure plus de la moitié de la commercialisation nationale. La contamination microbiologique de l’estuaire de la Seudre est donc un enjeu majeur pour l’ostréiculture. L’estuaire possède un bassin versant de faible dimension et dont le fonctionnement hydrologique est particulier. Il est relié à un très important ensemble de zones humides, et les débits d’eau douce sont dépendants de la gestion d’ouvrages hydrauliques.
