El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar cuáles han sido los avances del Programa en función de los objetivos establecidos inicialmente. La investigación combina métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos aplicando encuestas y entrevistas a los beneficiarios del Programa; se realizó en 2013 en las localidades de La Laja y Plancarte en el municipio de Celaya y Maravatio del Encinal en el municipio de Salvatierra, ambos pertenecientes al estado de Guanajuato. La mayor parte de los beneficiarios se encuentran por debajo de la línea de Bienestar Mínimo (LBM) que es el criterio principal de selección establecido por el programa. Opportunities for Collaborative Adaptive Management Progress: Integrating Stakeholder Assessments into Progress Measurement Ecology and Society

Collaborative Adaptive Management (CAM) program stakeholders informally assess program progress through subjective assessments regularly. Each stakeholder does this by individually selecting objective progress indicators based on their needs, values, and preferences. They do this even though there may be a stakeholder group agreed-on set of progress objectives. Individual stakeholder indicators may be a subset of the group set or outside of the agreed-on set. This is because many factors influence behavior, and stakeholders may act differently in group settings as opposed to individual settings. Suspension of the Doha Round of Multilateral Negotiations and the Need for Its Resuscitation AgEcon

The Doha Round of multilateral trade negotiations (MTNs) has proved to be egregiously problem-prone. Due to deep dissension among WTO members it had to be suspended, and efforts to revive it have so far not succeeded. Although the mercantilist mindset of the participants has been frequently blamed for the consistently tardy progress of negotiations, there is more to the situation than just a mindset. This article methodically analyzes the various steps taken since the launch of the Doha Round and dwells on the challenges faced during the MTNs.
