El reconocimiento de objetos dentro de imágenes se encuentra bien documentado en cuanto a la detección de rostros se refiere, de ahí que lo observamos en varios dispositivos como son camaras fotograficas, celulares e incluso televisiones inteligentes, pero hablando del reconocimiento de algun otro objeto ya sea fruta, plantas, animales entre otros; la situacion cambia drásticamente. La información relacionada con la detección e identificación de plantas se encuentra en pleno desarrollo, por grupos de universidades, museos e instituciones; bajo proyectos cerrados al publico en general. Aunque permiten el envio de imágenes, para alimentar una base de datos, mediante la digitalizacion y captura de informacion, el acceso a su metodologia y procesos utilizados...

The cranefly Tipula trifascingulata new for the Netherlands (Diptera: Tipulidae) Naturalis

Craneflies of the family Tipulidae are a well-known group of the Diptera, consisting of large, long-legged nematocerous flies. Many species are more or less uniform yellow, grey or brown, but some are bright red or yellow and black. The wings can have extensive dark patterns. The subgenus Pterelachisus of the genus Tipula holds nine species in the Netherlands and in this paper species number 10 is introduced: T. (P.) trifascingulata. It is a rather conspicuous insect with a very characteristic wing pattern. It was only known from 25 records worldwide. Emotional labour, as a self-contained field of research, is only three decades old. This study aims to summarize key findings from investigations of the last ten years in an attempt to provide a reference for interpretation of organizational emotions and the organizational aspects of emotional labour. It makes no secret of its aim being to call the attention of anybody dealing with people as workforce that work no longer has only physical or mental aspects, but an emotional dimension as well. Most often this latter dimension lives an independent life.
