ABSTRACT This article generalises the peculiarities and efficiency of the use of three software packages, Digimizer image analysis software (v. 4.2), ImageJ2 version 2.0.0-rc-64 and WipFrag 3.3.14.0. These packages were used in studying the fractional composition of oilseed radish seeds for scanning in the mode of single-layer inseparable placement. The generalisation of the main caveats and features of the effective use of each of the software packages is made on the basis of detailed analysis of the features of each of package in the use to the features of the scan and the obtained scanned image The above-mentioned aspects are illustrated in detail and reservations about the options for the effective use of each package are represented. The efficiency... |

This deliverable includes several documents that reflect the operational implementation of the tool FlowCAM / ZooPhytoImage in the framework of REPHY. Among these documents, three reports make an assessment of the entire year 2015, which is not the case with other documents (Master 2 report issued in spring 2015, and minutes of meetings over the year). This summary will be limited to the findings of the three reports providing an updated view of the implementation of the tool. Work completed in 2015 for the operational implementation. The many scans performed in 2015 with the three FlowCAM present at Ifremer (Boulogne‐sur‐Mer, Arcachon and Nantes) allowed, one hand to feed the training sets of the tool FlowCAMZoo/PhytoImage, the other test its routine use.... |

The study was conducted on a total of three adult healthy freshly killed red foxes of both sexes weighing about 4-6 kg collected from Abou Rawwash, Giza, Egypt. The wall of trachea and bronchi formed of mucosa, submucosa and adventitia. The mucosa formed of pseudostratified columnar epithelium and lamina propria. The respiratory epithelium composed of tall columnar ciliated, goblet cells, basal cells, and neuroendocrine cells. Goblet cells account for about 20 to 30% of cells in the more proximal. Basal cells are relatively small triangular cells whose bases are attached to the basement membrane. The primary bronchiole is lined by simple columnar nonciliated to cuboidal epithelium containing some bronchiolar exocrine cells and some goblet cells.... |
