Содержание α-токоферола во взвешенном веществе, тканях и биоотложениях Mytilus Galloprovincialis. IBSS Repository
Поспелова, Н. В..

Sornin, Jean-marc; Delmas, Daniel; Deslous-paoli, Jean-marc.

Numerical modelling of heterogeneous sediment transport: new insights for particulate radionuclide transport and deposition ArchiMer
Rivier, Aurélie; Le Hir, Pierre; Bailly Du Bois, Pascal; Laguionie, Philippe; Morillon, Mehdi.
A sediment transport module which solves simultaneously bedload and suspended load is developed, in a context of multiclass sediment transport. Different approaches are used to simulate each transport mode: (i) bedload transport results from divergence of transport capacity and (ii) suspension transport is solved using erosion and settling fluxes associated with advection/diffusion equation. A focus is made on the significance of hiding and exposure processes in case of heterogeneous sediment bed. Their influence is strong on bedload sediment transport, and induces specific trends of sediment sorting in sand dunes. The application to heterogeneous sediment dynamics in the macrotidal area of the Normand Breton Gulf (English Channel), show that hiding and...

Dynamics of sand and mud mixtures: a multiprocess-based modelling strategy ArchiMer
Le Hir, Pierre; Cayocca, Florence; Waeles, Benoit.
Mixed sediments are constituted of cohesive and non-cohesive materials with distinct behaviours that numerical models traditionally manage separately. This paper first introduces a rapid state of the Art in sediment transport modelling in order to point out the specific requirements for process-based models applied to mixed sediments. Based on a preliminary study by Waeles et al. (2007), which showed the validity of the advection approach to compute fine sand transport, a complete modelling strategy is described: it is applied to the suspended transport of sand and mud mixtures, and accounts for consolidation of mixed sediments. Special care is paid to the realistic representation of the structure and density of sand and mud mixtures, and to the...

Dynamic performance and ride comfort evaluation of the seat suspension system in a small agricultural tractor to attenuate low-frequency vibration transmission CIGR Journal
Jayasuriya, Hemantha P. W.; Sangpradit, Kiattisak.
To obtain safety and ride-comfort conditions for tractor operators, the tractor seat suspension system was analyzed and modified to attenuate the vibration transmission.  Experiments were conducted on a standard test track to investigate the effect of seat vibration on operators using a small 4-wheel tractor, and to develop a suitable seat suspension system following ISO guidelines.  Dynamic and ergonomic effects of vibration on operator using conventional seat and the new design were compared ensuing standard test procedures.  The supportive observations on ergonomic aspects were also made, viz. the operator heart rate, postural comfort survey, and Cornell ergonomic seating evaluation.  The vibration of existing seat in vertical direction had the highest...

Equilibrium solubility study to determine fexofenadine hydrochloride BCS class and challenges in establishing conditions for dissolution profiles applied to suspension BJPS
Rosa,Lorena de Sousa; Marques-Marinho,Flávia Dias; Braga,Silmara Leôncio; Souza,Jacqueline de.
The aim of this work was to perform solubility studies for fexofenadine hydrochloride and establish dissolution conditions for this drug in oral suspension dosage form. The solubility study was executed through the shake-flask method, below 37 ºC±1 ºC, at 100 rpm stirring for 12 h in three buffer solutions: hydrochloric acid pH 2.0, acetate pH 4.5 and phosphate pH 6.8. The dissolution test was developed in vessels containing 900 mL of the same buffer, employing the paddle apparatus in speed of 25 and 50 rpm, below 37 ºC±0.5 ºC. The drug was classified as low solubility according to the Biopharmaceutics Classification System, since the dose/solubility ratio was higher than 250 mL in all media tested (326.55 mL in buffer pH 2.0; 2,456.33 mL in buffer pH 4.5...
