| Objective: To describe the clinical signs and radiographic, cytological and histopathological findings in a dog presented with antebrachiocarpal joint synovial sarcoma. The literature search was performed in CAB and MEDLINE databases, for the retrospective period of-t8 years. Description: A 9 year-old mongrel intact male dog was presented t0 the Small Animal Surgery Service of the Veterinary Hospital of the School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science of the University of São Paulo, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, for evaluation of a subcutaneous soft issue mass located cranial to the right antebrachiocarpal joint. Radiographic and cytologicalfindings suggested a malignant neoplasm, which was confirmed by the histopathological analysis to be a synovial sarcoma.... |
