| Positive functions of farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organizations were emphasized, i.e. increasing farmers’ incomes, promoting the industrialization of agriculture, optimizing agricultural structure, enhancing the standardization of agricultural production and improving service means provided by government for agriculture.
