Therefore, it was performed an experiment in complete randomized design with four treatments (T1: Control without probiotic; T2: 104 ; T3: 106 and T4: 108 CFU/g of ration) and three replicates. Juvenile fish (n = 120; 0.46 ± 0.01 g and 0.26 ± 0.06 cm) were distributed in twelve aquarium(80 L) and it received trial meal three times a day at fed rate of 4% live weight during 90 days. This study investigated the effects of different dietary levels of virgin coconut oil on growth, body composition, bacterial resistance, and hematology parameters in tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum). Six isolipidic (12% crude lipid) and isonitrogenous (33% CP) diets were formulated adding virgin coconut oil (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%) as lipid source, replacing the soybean oil. Panagrellus redivivus is a nematode with a high protein content and low-cost production. It is successfully used in the larviculture of shrimp, however, it has not yet been evaluated as feed for Betta splendens larvae. Thus, the objective of this study was to evaluate P. redivivus as feed for betta larvae maintained at different depths of water. The experiment was based on a completely randomized 3 9 2 factorial design, represented by two feed types and one alternating feeding regime plus two water depths (2.5 and 5.0 cm). Este trabalho analisou a fauna parasitária de tambaquis cultivados na região do Baixo São Francisco. Para tal, foram amostrados 249 peixes oriundos de dez propriedades, dos quais 54,6% estavam parasitados. Os principais parasitas e seus respectivos dados de prevalência total foram: helmintos monogenéticos (52%), Trichodina sp. (3,6%), Henneguya sp. (4,8%), Piscinoodinium pillulare (3,2%), Ichthyobodo necator (0,8%), Dolops carvalhoi (2,4%), Lernaea cyprinacea (8,1%), Procamallanus (spirocamallanus) inopinatus (0,4%) e Larvas de nematóide (0,4%) e em todos os órgãos analisados houve presença de Myxobolus sp.
