AZ OKTATÁS ÉS A MUNKAERŐPIAC ÁLLAPOTA KÖZÖTTI KAPCSOLAT MAGYARORSZÁGON AgEcon
Csehne Papp, Imola.
Ezzel összefüggésben a legfontosabb teendők közé tartozik a képzési rendszer korszerűsítése, amelyet a tankötelezettség jelenleginél következetesebb érvényesítése mellett, a mainál...

SPATIAL LABOUR MARKET PROCESSES AgEcon
Csehne Papp, Imola.
After the change of the political system, at the beginning of the 90’s, the territorial differences in Hungary deepened obviously. Approximately 1.5 millions jobs were terminated, the production in the former industrial centres declined, and the reorganization of the economical system started. All these afflicted the areas with the highest working power, so the crises in the different sectors of economy widened out into regional crises. Losing the Eastern markets in agriculture also destabilized the former structural and productional system, which were even deepened by the political decisions concerning the reorganization of the proprietorships. THE EDUCATION AND THE DEMANDS OF LABOUR MARKET AgEcon
Csehne Papp, Imola.
In the present study the author intend to discuss the role of education in economy and the relationship between education and the current state of Hungarian labor market. Education became one of the largest sub-systems of modern societies in the past century. One of the most important endeavors of employment policy, according to Galasi, is to establish stronger harmony between training and employment. The key for the reduction of unemployment is that training should better serve labor market demands. We are astoundingly under informed about how a degree is exploited on the labor market, what is the expected time of the return of a certain qualification, and which degrees do not prevail without the return of investment.

THE LINK BETWEEN EDUCATION AND THE STATE OF THE LABOUR MARKET IN HUNGARY AgEcon
Csehne Papp, Imola.
Education became one of the largest sub-system of modern societies in the past century. The role of education is no longer interpreted only as the conveyor of culture, knowledge and values, but it is also attributed a significant role in its contribution to economic development and the promotion of social integration. The development of the theory of the human capital is associated with Theodore W. Schulz. According to his presumptions, the people make investments through education and training that increase their ability to produce, their productivity and thus the market value of their work. There have different explanations created to justify the contribution of education to economic development. The most significant from among them are as follows:...
