| This study deals with rearing methods, growth and mortality performances, and problems encountered by the oyster farmers from Quiberon Bay (2800 ha of leases) : it relies on a survey achieved in july 2001, about 18 oyster farmers, and 2 diving campaigns (july and october 2001) on 2 years old oyster batches from the same farmers. The analysed enterprises vary in particular by the location and depth of their concession inside the bay, but also by their rearing scheme : a majority favours seedings with 18 month old oysters or more, according to prices and availability of oysters supplies. | An initial surveillance system of Ostreopsis ovata was set Lip along the Mediterranean coast in the summer of 2007. To Strengthen and adapt this system, we reviewed the information available for a health risk assessment of this monocellular species of algae that produces palytoxin and is increasingly observed in the Mediterranean Sea. Since 2002, this species has been reported to be responsible for many human cases of irritation, Cough, fever and respiratory problems in Europe. | Extraction of natural substances and chemical synthesis are the main sources of pharmaceutical molecules. When possible, one may transfer the gene of the molecule in living cells creating individual factories producing on demand and in a safe way the requested molecule. Today, bacteria, yeast, mammalian cells and plants constitute the main plate-forms for various commercial products. Microalgae present numerous advantages and could offer a powerful tool for the production of commercial molecules in a near future. |

| Le présent document est le rapport final du projet "Bio-Indication à la Réunion ; contribution à la définition d’indicateurs adaptés aux platiers récifaux de la Réunion". Ce projet comprend deux volets : Volet 1 : définition d’indicateurs d’enrichissement en nutriments (dystrophie) adaptés aux platiers récifaux réunionnais.
