| Cet atlas interactif de la pêcherie palangrière de l'océan Indien a été réalisé dans la suite du projet IOSSSESPADON. Il synthétise d’une part, l'historique de la pêche palangrière de l'océan Indien depuis les années 1950 (efforts de pêche et captures d'espadon – Xiphias gladius par période de 5 ans et par rectangle statistique de 5°) et d’autre part, l'évolution de l'activité de la flottille palangrière réunionnaise depuis 1994 (efforts de pêche, captures et rendements pour les principales espèces ciblées). | This atlas presents in a synthetic form the hydrodynamical, geological and biological characteristics of one of the most studied region of the French littoral. Geologic and geophysical data of the Saint-Brieuc Bay show that the deep basement consists of pre-palaeozoic or palaeozoic sedimentary series in the centre of the Bay, whereas metamorphic and magmatic formations are dominant in coastal regions. The location of superficial sediments in the Bay, is mainly due to marine currents. A granulometric gradient, from very fine to coarse sediments, appears in two directions: from the coast towards the high sea, and from the west to the east. | Depuis une vingtaine d'années, l'Ifremer organise des campagnes de pêche scientifique en mer du Nord, Manche, Atlantique et Méditerranée concernant les ressources pélagiques, démersales et benthiques. L'objectif prioritaire est de produire des indices d'abondance des principales espèces commerciales. Elles recueillent également des données sur les espèces capturées non commerciales. Les campagnes sont réalisées selon des plans d'échantillonnage standardisés. L'engin de pêche et son gréement, la position des stations, le tri des captures, les prélèvements biologiques suivent des protocoles fixés. | The Ponticulus posticus is a bony bridge located in the posterior arch of the atlas in relation to the passage of the vertebral artery. Its presence has been associated with development of cervical pain and cerebrovascular disorders. The purpose of this study was to assess its prevalence in asymptomatic patients. We examined 436 digital teleradiographs of patients aged from 5 to 70 years (mean of 18.44 years, SD. 9.59) of both sexes (173 men, 263 women). In 80.7% (n = 352) of cases, no radiographic evidence of ossification was found; 19.3% showed some degree of ossification, of which 10.1% had partial ossification and 9.2% complete ossification. | Trends in dragonfly occurrence in Belgium (Odonata) The group ‘Gomphus’ collected 65 000 records of 69 species of Odonata, more or less equally scattered over Belgium. The best-investigated areas are the northern part and some river valleys in the south. Most hot spots can be found in the northeastern part, with a maximum of 48 species for 25 km². Remarkable is the fact that 50% of the species occurs in less than 7% of the 5 km grid cells (UTM). | 1. Inleiding In de serie verspreidingsatlassen van de Nederlandse Aculeate vliesvleugeligen ligt nu die van de spinnendoders (Pompilidae) voor U. Eerder zijn er een atlas van 64 soorten graafwespen (Lefeber, 1979) en een van de niet parasitaire Megachilidae (Van der Zanden, 1982) gepubliceerd. Atlassen van de overige graafwespen zijn in voorbereiding. Spinnendoders zijn in Nederland meestal geheel zwart gekleurd of zwart met een gedeeltelijk rood achterlijf.
