ABSTRACT: The objective of this study is to research the genetic diversity of the ‘ Zuijinxiang ’ grape and its mutant breeding F1 plants, we screened the excellent mutant plants with potential breeding value. 50 mutated single plants obtained from 137Cs-γ irradiated ‘Zuijinxiang’ grape seeds were used as research objects, and SCoT molecular marker technology was used for genetic diversity and variation analysis, and clustering research was carried out. The results showed that: (1) 36 SCoT primers produced abundant polymorphisms, and the amplification results showed obvious bright bands, and the amplification efficiency and polymorphism rate were 100%. Two leaf-miner species occur in European vineyards, i.e. Holocacista rivillei (Stainton) (Lepidoptera Heliozelidae) and Phyllocnistis vitegenella Clemens (Lepidoptera Phyllocnistidae). In the summer of 2007, leaf mines similar to those caused by H. rivillei were observed in a vineyard located in north-eastern Italy. However, the first portion of mines (linear tortuous) was lacking and thus the occurrence of a different species was suspected. Larvae were reared in controlled conditions to obtain adults and the latter differed from those of H. rivillei because of their size and wing patterns. Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar as características agronômicas quantitativas e qualitativas de 72 genótipos de uvas para processamento do Banco de Germoplasma de Videira da Embrapa Semiárido. Caracterizou-se a fenologia de 135 acessos de uvas de mesa pertencentes ao BAG da Embrapa Semiárido, considerando-se as médias em número de dias de oito ciclos no primeiro semestre e de seis ciclos no segundo semestre entre 2002 e 2011. The purpose of this research was to study the genetic diversity and genetic relatedness of 60 genotypes of grapevines derived from the Germplasm Bank of Embrapa Semiárido, Juazeiro, BA, Brazil. Seven previously characterized microsatellite markers were used: VVS2, VVMD5, VVMD7, VVMD27, VVMD3, ssrVrZAG79 and ssrVrZAG62. The expected heterozygosity (He) and polymorphic information content (PIC) were calculated, and the cluster analysis were processed to generate a dendrogram using the algorithm UPGMA. The He ranged from 81.8% to 88.1%, with a mean of 84.8%. Abstract The object of this study was to investigate the influence of bagging or the combination of umbrella and bags on berry composition, especially anthocyanin accumulation, in ‘Kyoho’ (V. labruscana) berry skins. Five different colors and bag materials commonly used in production were chosen for this study: white, green, yellow, nonwoven and transparent, and the umbrellas were made of plastic material. The composition and content of anthocyanins in the berry skin of ‘Kyoho’ were analyzed by HPLC-MS.
