Increase community population and increase demand for public land around community water resources for agricultural use need a systematic management process. But in real situation such the process is not common. However, in Nongsang village, Banphue sub-district, Nong Ruea district, Khon Kaen province the process has been implemented and supported for the pesticide-free vegetable group by an external organization. The question was how in this community the group has been successfully and continuously managed. Therefore the objective of this study was to understand the management process that enables the pesticide-free vegetable group to use the Nongsang public pond continuously. Semi-structured was conducted at individual and group levels to gain qualitative data and information. The resulted indicated that delete, Nongsang learning center was established by the government institute. The institute initiated the group process, created learning process on group management through social platforms and knowledge exchanges on pesticide-free vegetable growing. The group management process was simple and the group could generate their own a management plan and regulations. Interaction between group members and the community were based on community kinship. Even though the supporting institute had terminated its own function, the group could sustainably continue their own activities with regular meeting. This group management process could be used as an extension model in other similar areas
ปัญหาการเพิ่มจำนวนประชากรในชุมชนและการเพิ่มขึ้นของความต้องการการใช้พื้นที่ริมขอบแหล่งน้ำ สาธารณะเพื่อการเกษตร ทำให้จำเป็นต้องมีกระบวนการจัดการการใช้พื้นที่ริมขอบแหล่งน้าอย่างเป็นระบบ แต่ความเป็นจริงในชุมชนทั่วไปขาดการจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบ อย่างไรก็ตามในชุมชนหนองแสง ตำบลบ้านผือ อำเภอหนองเรือ จังหวัดขอนแก่น กลุ่มผู้ปลูกผักปลอดสารพิษริมขอบหนองแสง มีการจัดการกลุ่มกิจกรรมโดยการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานจากภายนอก จึงเกิดคำถามวิจัยว่า ในชุมชนดังกล่าวจึงมีการจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบได้และมีกระบวนการอย่างไร การวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำความเข้าใจกระบวนการจัดการกลุ่มที่สามารถดำเนินการปลูกผักปลอดสารพิษในพื้นที่ริมขอบหนองน้ำสาธารณะได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยใช้วิธีการเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างทั้งในระดับบุคคลและกลุ่ม ผลการวิจัย พบว่าศูนย์การเรียนรู้ชุมชนบ้านหนองแสงสังกัดหน่วยงานจากภาครัฐได้เข้ามาสนับสนุนให้มีการจัดตั้งกลุ่มโดยให้คนในชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมและสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ จากการจัดเวทีและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การปลูกผักปลอด สารพิษ ส่วนด้านการจัดการกลุ่ม พบว่ากระบวนการกลุ่มมีการดำเนินงานที่ไม่ซับซ้อน สามารถวางแผนในการดำเนินกิจกรรมด้วยตนเองและมีความสัมพันธ์แบบเครือญาติระหว่างสมาชิกกลุ่มกับชุมชน ถึงแม้ว่าหน่วยงานสนับสนุนได้ยุติบทบาทลงแล้ว กลุ่มยังคงรักษากิจกรรมกลุ่มพร้อมทั้งประชุมกลุ่มอย่างต่อเนื่องไปอย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งกระบวนการจัดการกลุ่มนี้สามารถเป็นต้นแบบสำหรับการขยายผลในพื้นที่อื่นได้
