Resumo:  The rational design and technological parameters and modes of operation of the hydro-mechanical mixer for the production of diesel biofuel are experimentally determined. The dependence of the influence of the nozzle diameter, the rate of turn-over of the pump shaft of the mixture delivery and the angle of inclination of the blades on the rate of turn-over of the hydro-mechanical mixer is established. The equations for determination of kinematic viscosity, flash point and generalized indicator of diesel biofuel quality are obtained. The influence of the structural and technological parameters of the hydro-mechanical mixer on the specific energy consumption, power consumption and quality of diesel biofuel is determined.
