A new osseous part, the opercula bone, is used to estimate the age of 2099 round sardine Sardinella aurita, Valenciennes, 1847 captured in the Cap Bon area. The period of sampling, with a monthly rhythm, is spread out June 1994 at December 1995 and from June to September 1996. The relation between the length of fish (LF) and the ray of opercula (RT) is LF = 22,25 RT 0,994. The validation of the age estimate method is carried out directly by the monthly follow-up of average marginal lengthening and the percentage of individuals with marginal hyaline zone. This study showed that the round sardine has a double cycle of growth per year. The analysis of the key age-length shows that the females dominate in the majority of the age groups. The parameters of growth in length according to the model of Von Bertalanffy are estimated by direct enumeration of the hyaline zones and retro-calculated. The growth curves obtained by using retrocalculated data describe better the growth of the round sardine in the Cap Bon area.
Une nouvelle piece osseuse, l'os operculaire, est utilisee pour l'estimation de l'age de 2099 allaches Sardinella aurita, Valenciennes, 1847 capturees dans la region du Cap Bon. La periode de l'echantillonnage, avec un rythme mensuel, s'etale de juin 1994 a decembre 1995 et de juin a septembre 1996. La relation entre la longueur a la fourche du poisson (LF) et le rayon de l'operculaire (RT) retenue est LF = 22,25 RT 0,994. La validation de l'estimation de l'age est realisee directement par le suivi mensuel de l'allongement marginal moyen et du pourcentage d'individus a zone hyaline marginale. Cette etude a montre que l'allache possede un cycle de croissance double par an. L'analyse de la cle age-longueur montre que les femelles dominent dans la plupart des groupes d'ages. Les parametres de croissance en longueur selon le modele de Von Bertalanffy sont estimes par denombrement direct des zones hyalines et par retrocalcul. Les courbes de croissance obtenues par l'emploi des donnees retrocalculees decrivent mieux la croissance de l'allache dans la region du Cap Bon.
دراسة عمر ونمو اللاطشة بجهة الوطن القبلي (تونس) : قطعة كلسية جديدة، غطاء خياشيم الأذن، استخدمت لتقدير عمر 2099 سمكة من اللاطشة مصطادة بجهة الوطن القبلي. امتدت فترة أخذ العينات البيولوجية الشهرية من جوان 1994 إلى ديسمبر 1995 ومن جوان إلى سبتمبر 1996. علاقة طول السمكة بشعاع غشاء خياشيم الأذن التي حددت واستعملت في هذه الدراسة هي LF = 22,25 RT 0,994 . قد تم التثبت من صحة الطريقة المستعملة لدراسة العمر بالاستناد على الامتداد الحافي لحلاقات النمو وعلى النسبة المئوية للأفراد ذي حلقات نمو حافية. أثبتت هذه الدراسة أن للاطشة دورتي نمو في السنة الواحدة. تحليل مفتاح العمر والطول يمكن من الاستنتاج بأن الإناث تفوق الذكور في أغلب مجموعات الأعمار. قد وقع استخراج المعطيات البيولوجية للنمو حسب الطول لنموذج فان برطلنفي باستعمال الطريقة المباشرة (تعداد حلقات النمو) وكذلك طريقة الحساب العكسي. المنحنات البيانية المتحصل عليها باستعمال نتائج هذه الطريقة الأخيرة أكثر وصف لنمو اللاطشة بجهة الوطن القبلي. المفاتيح : المعطيات البيولوجية للنمو. اللاطشة. الوطن القبلي. تونس.
