| マニュアスプレッダによる堆肥の散布精度の現状を把握することを目的とし，横軸ピータ型，縦軸ビータ型，左側方散布型の3機種を対象として堆肥の散布量分布および 堆肥散布精度の調査を行った。各機種の散布量分布は，いずれも山型の形状を示しており，横軸ビータ型，縦軸ピータ型では，マニュアスプレッダの中心から左右1m以内に，それぞれ全体の76%，40%が散布され，左側方散布型は左側3-5mの範囲に全体の71%が集中して散布された。最大散布畳は横軸ビータ型が2.3t/l0a，縦軸ビータ型が6.5t/10a，左側方散布型が10.3t/l0aとなり，重複散布しても規定散布量である2t/l0aが望めない結果となった。また，圃場全体の堆肥散布量は各機種で0.2-3.4t/lOa，2.4-22. 8t/l0a，0.6-5.0t/10aであり， 堆肥の性状によって散布むらが大きくなることが判明した。The purpose of this study was to investigate the present situation of compost spreading with manure spreaders in Tokachi region. | Village level root crop processing system in the Philippines was evaluated using sweetpotato (cv. Kogane sengan and Shiro satsuma) as materials. The PRCRTC chipper/grater had more pronounced power fluctuation in grating than in chipping and peaking during the loading of the roots. The grinder had the highest energy requirement than the other machines，but the power fluctuation was relatively stable regardless of the amount of materials loaded. The finisher had a stable power fluctuation，and its power increased as either the loading rate or rpm was increased. | 近年，連続的にナガイモ掘取りを行う機種が開発 され，利用され始めている.今回，従来から使用さ れているバックホー方式(K機)と掘取り方式の異なる3機種(A，SおよびT機)の掘取り機について， 作業性能を明らかにするとともに，各掘取り機の負 担面積や利用経費について検討した. 1)収穫作業に携わる作業者数は6-12人と供試機 により異なるが，概して能率の高い機種ほど作業 者は多い. 2 )各供試機の作業能率は， K機が2.2a/hであるのに 対して， A機が5.8a/h， S機は3.8a/h， T機が3.7a/h といずれも高能率である.10a当り投下労働量は， それぞれ27.8-32.4，20.8，21.0，21.9人・時である. 3 )各供試機の作業精度は，無傷の本数割合がいず れも98%以上と高く，損傷や掘残しの割合は極め て低い. 4 )各供試機の負担面積は， A機が4ha，K機は1.5ha， S機とT機が2.5haであり，その時のha当り機械利 用経費は，それぞれ556千円， 1,113 -1,173千円， 687千円， 699干円となる.各供試機の導入が不利 となる下限面積は， K機を他作業に利用するとい ずれも0.49-0.56haの範囲である. 従って， A機は高能率であるが多くの労働力や 前後処理に他の作業機を必要とし，大規模農家向 きである.また， K機は作業能率が低いが，少人 数でも作業が可能なことから小規模農家に適し，S機やT機は中規模農家に適している. | キャベツ選択収穫機のための収穫適期判定を目的とし, レーザ距離センサによる三次元視覚センサを開発した。三次元視覚センサは, 外葉を含めたキャベツ結球全体の三次元形状を非接触で検出し, また結球頂部の半展開葉の状態も計測できた。「アーリーボール」の場合, 計測波形をもとに球径と半展開葉の有無で判定すると収穫適期のランク3では77%のキャベツが収穫適と判定され, 適期前のランク2では8%の誤判定が見られた。さらに, 圧縮法の硬さを組み合わせた場合, ランク2の誤判定とランク3の判定精度は, それぞれ8%, 95%であった。また,「金系201号」では球径のみの判定法で, それぞれ7%, 91%の値を示した。 Three-D vision sensor to determine the harvest maturity of cabbage heads was developed for use in selective cabbage harvester. | 本報はうね自動追従システムの開発のための基 本研究として畑作のトラクタ作業者の作業状態と うね合わせ作業精度を明らかにし,自動追従シス テムに要求される制御速度を検討し,以下のこと が明らかになった。 1)作業者の後方確認時間割合は播種・移植作業 の場合10～16%であるのに対し,中耕除草作業 では16～27%と高くなった。 2)うね合わせの作業精度は,播種・移植作業の場 合,隣接行程のうね問の変動は,最大7.5～11.5 cmであり,その後の中耕除草作業への影響が懸 念される。一方,中耕除草作業の場合では,その 最大変動は8.2cmに達し,作物に機械的な損傷 を与えることが観察された。 3)うね間の周期性から求めたうね自動追従システ ムに要求される制御速度は,トラクタの作業速度 を2m/sに想定すると,播種・移植作業では最大 6.6cm/sであり,中耕除草作業の場合は,10cm/s 必要であると推定された。 This study was to examine farmer's working conditions and the accuracy of tractor imple- ments in following rows in a field, and to consider the most appropriate control speed of such implements as preliminary research for the development of an automatic guidance system. 1)In the case of seeding and transplanting, 10 to 16 percent of farmers' work... |

| The pH, polyphenol content and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity in stem end, middle, and bud end of Norin No. 1 potatoes, one of processing varieties in Japan, were measured to investigate their respective distributions. The stem end area had a higher pH and PPO activity in the three areas. This result points out that careful harvesting and postharvest handling are needed especially at the stem end area of potatoes because of its high PPO activity. |
